I am Jemima Bolong Bul-lalayao, I was born in April of 1995 in the province of Ilocos Norte. I am raise by Janet and Alfredo, my biological parents and they named me after the eldest daughter of Job in the Bible. We lived in an urban neighborhood in the ton of San Jose in Bulacan. I am 13 years old when my family decided to transfer here in Quezon City in May of 2008.

 I studied 3 years of high school in Ernesto Rondon High School where I was active in the Values Journalism Organization and Vice-President of our class, I graduated in Crossroad in April of 2010 where I get the highest rank in our class. In the summer of 2010, I decided to took up Education major in Preschool at Colegio De San Lorenzo, Congressional Avenue. When I was in my freshmen years, things are smooth and easy for me, come to school at 1 pm and go home at 6 pm. I get along with my classmates from different fields of study, my close friend Joenel and Neriza were from the College of Business Administration. In my second year in SanLo, we were transfer in a section were my classmates are all taking up the same course as mine. We started having major subjects and Education professors, this was the time when I was encourage by the College Executive Officer, Dr. Pedro Lora and the late Coach Edwin Lajom to apply for the Dean’s list, so I do. Before that, one of the biggest challenges of my life came, the Department I into (Education Department) chooses me to become the muse and join the Mr. and Ms CDSL pageant. I was so surprised and pressured because I don’t have any experience or even a little knowledge in joining that kind of competition. I was pressured by the dean and the officers of our department as well as my professors to accept the offer, but even though I don’t agree, my requirements were all set and already submitted. They leave me no choice but to accept it. They assured me that they will help me and they did not break that promise, I spend nothing but a pair of hair clip, all I need to do that time is to bring myself. One of my co-candidate was from the College of Communication Art, muse of SanLo basketball team and known for being a talented singer and dancer. Before the pageant night, we had a pre-pageant where we show case our talents. I do fire dance and get the second best talent award (of course the CA girl gets the first place). At the 21^st of September, last day of the Paligsamahan 2012 I got the highest award in the pageant, I am the first ever Ms. CDSL in the history of SanLo, that was most perfect night for me (I guess I won because of the Question and Answer portion here I got 100 from all the judges) I felt like the most beautiful lady in the town that night, thanks to my very supportive department. I got 100 percent discount in my tuition fee and got a chance to work in the marketing of our school as the CDSL ambassadress. I became a part of the Dean’s list for 3 consecutive times and got the most outstanding 3^rd year Education student award. 

       Presently, I’m on my last year here in SanLo. I give focus on our thesis and on the job training. I don’t have spare time because of requirements and exams but whenever I have time, I travel with my family, watch educational T.V. shows and read a lot of magazines and journals. I spend my money buying scrapbook materials because I am fun of decorating when I have money and time.
